The MUST rugs are woven to the highest standards of quality and durability. They are highly absorbent, resistant to pilling, and machine washable. Simple, classic styling with inset border frame makes this rug a lovely complement to any bathroom decor. Pre-shrunk and piece-dyed after sewing to ensure the rug, label, and trim are a perfect color match.

100% Giza Egyptian Extra Long Staple Cotton / 2000gsm Weight
Machine washable on cool to warm water using a gentle laundry detergent.
Shake prior to washing to remove loose dirt and debris.
Use detergent sparingly.
Due to the thickness, these rugs may require an extra rinse cycle to completely remove soap completely.
Lightly shake rug to fluff fibers before putting into the dryer will help speed drying time.
Tumble dry on a low temperature. Washing in Hot water and drying on high heat will greatly reduce the life of the rug. Do not over dry and Never vacuum our rugs. Using care when washing will add years to the life of your rug.
Do NOT bleach or use any detergent containing bleach. Avoid softeners – they glue the fibers.
Always wash rugs and mats by themselves and avoid overloading the washing machine and dryer.
Wash whites and colors separately.

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm that the color shown in your screen is exactly as the one in reality. DELIVERY
Once your order has been elaborated (30-60 days), it will arrive at your home in about seven working days (national or international deliveries).
All our deliveries are done by our courier. The cost of the delivery varies depending on the purchase destiny. You will get informed of the fare once you do your check out and they are based on the place of destiny.
REFUND
The following products do not admit refund or return:
1. “Final Sale” products
2. Articles without their original packaging.
3. Personalised items.
We would only accept returns in case of a damaged design or if the product sent is mistaken.
The client has seven working days since the date of reception to return a product.
The first step, is to contact us in the following e-mail: info@losencajeros.com and we will give you the address to send the products. The garments have to be in the exact same condition as they were delivered to you with they original packaging.
We will send the delivery company to the address requested to pick it up.
If it is a damaged, faulty or mistaken product, Los Encajeros will refund the total amount.
The total amount refund will be made only if it was made in the same payment support and within ten working days since the product has been received by us.
