Unfortunately, we cannot confirm that the color shown in your screen is exactly as the one in reality. DELIVERY
Once your order has been elaborated (30-60 days), it will arrive at your home in about seven working days (national or international deliveries).
All our deliveries are done by our courier. The cost of the delivery varies depending on the purchase destiny. You will get informed of the fare once you do your check out and they are based on the place of destiny.
REFUND
The following products do not admit refund or return:
1. “Final Sale” products
2. Articles without their original packaging.
3. Personalised items.
We would only accept returns in case of a damaged design or if the product sent is mistaken.
The client has seven working days since the date of reception to return a product.
The first step, is to contact us in the following e-mail: info@losencajeros.com and we will give you the address to send the products. The garments have to be in the exact same condition as they were delivered to you with they original packaging.
We will send the delivery company to the address requested to pick it up.
If it is a damaged, faulty or mistaken product, Los Encajeros will refund the total amount.
The total amount refund will be made only if it was made in the same payment support and within ten working days since the product has been received by us.
