Our natural detergent concentrated of lavender It is recommended for all types of clothing. White, colour, cotton, linen, hemp or mixed fibers from 20º. Made with 100% natural ingredients, it does not leave abrasive chemicals on clothes that can cause adverse reactions in sensitive skin and 100% biodegradable.. Scented with organic lavender essence Of Spanish origin, you will enjoy a soft fragrance on your clothes. AHigh efficiency, even from 20ºC. preserves colors, removes dirt and bacteria, and facilitates their removal during lightening. Plus, you don’t need fabric softener.
Formulated with organic virgin olive oil soap of Spanish origin, hypoallergenic, enzyme-free, free of GMOs and petroleum derivatives, colorant-free, no harmful preservatives and vegan. Suitable for hand washing and for HE washing machines.100% biodegradable.

Remember that washing at lower temperatures prolongs the life of clothes, saves water and energy.
Important: At temperatures below 15 °C, the soap becomes a little more dense and whitish because we only use natural products in its formulation. Do not worry that it does not lose its effectiveness. Put it in a warmer place and shake it slightly, if necessary.
15-30% bio soponified olive oil soap, 5-15%, non-ionic sugar surfactant, 5-15% non-ionic bio coconut surfactant, 1-5% bio denat beetroot alcohol, 1% organic lavender essential oil (naturally contains linalool and limonene) <1% citric acid <1% sulfated castor oil, distilled water up to 100%.

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm that the color shown in your screen is exactly as the one in reality. DELIVERY
Once your order has been elaborated (30-60 days), it will arrive at your home in about seven working days (national or international deliveries).
All our deliveries are done by our courier. The cost of the delivery varies depending on the purchase destiny. You will get informed of the fare once you do your check out and they are based on the place of destiny.
REFUND
The following products do not admit refund or return:
1. “Final Sale” products
2. Articles without their original packaging.
3. Personalised items.
We would only accept returns in case of a damaged design or if the product sent is mistaken.
The client has seven working days since the date of reception to return a product.
The first step, is to contact us in the following e-mail: info@losencajeros.com and we will give you the address to send the products. The garments have to be in the exact same condition as they were delivered to you with they original packaging.
We will send the delivery company to the address requested to pick it up.
If it is a damaged, faulty or mistaken product, Los Encajeros will refund the total amount.
The total amount refund will be made only if it was made in the same payment support and within ten working days since the product has been received by us.
